Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My noses have become very sensitive and respond quickly to dust and smoke. I also get cold nearly daily and some kind of mucus flow frequently. Please suggest.

My daughter often has purulent sore throats. The doctor recommended an operation to remove the glands for her. to which specialist does she need to apply to do such an operation?
