Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have pain in my right ear for past 3 days and it feels there is some blocking also. I used soliwax ear drop some wax is removed but still I have pain in it.Please suggest what can I do ?

For the past one week i am having voice hoarseness but i do not have cold.. or sore throat i am absolutely fine except the change of voice. What could this be due to ?

I have inferior turbinate hypertrophy, one side of the nose is always blocked. My ent says it is a minor issue and has given me decongestants. However I also experience very bad headaches in the forehead, eye movement also gets restricted in such scenarios. Need help in understanding this relationship between nose and headaches and what can be done to reduce them.

I have been coughing up phlegm every morning for about a week now and i have some wheezing / chest tightness in the morning. I am 36 years old and have been a smoker since i was a teenager. I cannot inhale a cigarette without coughing horribly for about an hour or two after i wake up. I have never experienced this before. It seems to get better throughout the day and i don't have any other symptoms. Should i see my dr.? Do i have an infection, allergies, something else?

My right nose is blocked from few months but it's not a cold or dryness. Am breathing only in left nose I feel, sometimes in mouth only. I already lost my smelling sensitivity also, am unable to identify the smell I don't know what's the reason for this, Please suggest the medicine or medication to solve this problem
