I am coughing from more than four years
I am having cough from past four years.
Not very severe cough but there is always continuous sputum.
As and when I take ice cream or cold water The cough intensifies and becomes normal after two or three days.
There are times when I am affected with severe cough.
Tried many dry and wet cough tonics nothing really resolve my problem permanently.

Your problem is in your nose and sinuses. Please meet a good ENT Surgeon and get a CT scan of your nose and para nasal sinuses. This will help your doctor treat you appropriately
