Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I ve been suffering from ear buzzing (which make lile a buzz in the ear) it is not aching but makes less in hearing . Not the both ear only right side . Doctor gave me betahistine hcl tab 8 mg and cinnarazine 25 mg but its not working on me. Suggest me plz

I have been having throat pain from past 3 days and its getting increased day by day. Its like a sour throat problem. I tried drinking warm water but its not helping. Can you please suggest some medicines.

I ve been coughing since 3 years which was not serious for me but later and later i cough more i showed it to doctor evrytime they suggest me to have medicine of common cold ..finally i change the doctor and he suggested to take medicine of dust allergy( zellar).. since thn i got relief...but m not sure still m getting cough so badly ....i dont knw now wht to do???

Sir my nose is some bented in left side and some time I am not capable to breathing from one nose then I want to my nose unbented Sir please tell me how to overcome this problem

FANC report impression as below Left submandibular node- accute suppurtive granulomatous inflammation suggestive of tuberculosis inflammation. My question is does this means it's confirmed TB or possibility if having TB? Thank you

20 days back got throat pain after drinking cool drink but gone away after 2 days. But 15 days back after eating grapes (not cleaned) for 2 days again started throat burning and pain but didn't take any medicine.now im getting ear pain also...not taking care like drinking cool things and sleeping in the a/c.

I'm having giddiness every now and then for the past six months.  This march i got my vit D and b12 checked and they're 8 and 220 respectively. Very less when compared to normal values. I've been using the supplements for the past 1 month and I find no difference. I still feel giddiness, pain, depression. Unable to concentrate on my work as I'm always tensed on this. I have started taking fish, oranges ,milk and also sun light ... Still giddiness is there sometimes, how long it will take to recover.. I have sinusitis problem also and I have undergone fess surgery also 2 weeks back... Is this giddiness can be improved once my vitamin levels reaches normal level? .. Please help me on this as I am planning get married..
