Chest cold & tightness & cannot sleep
I had sinusitis four years back.As such I took medical treatment for the same from a ENT doctor and was okay.But after few months I started feeling cold in my chest while sleeping and could not sleep under fan in even summers.I had to press my chest with pillows or blankets and after sometime a gas would release from my bowels and then I could sleep comfortably.I am facing this till now.But now I have started feeling tightness in chest,bad breath,physical tirednes,and a heavy head all day.

You symptoms are unlikely to be related to sinusitis. You may be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
