Mild hearing loss of 25db in left ear and 30db in right ear...air conductance is more than bone conductance... clicking or popping sound in ear when swallowing mouth...and endoscopy showed connecting band between nasopharynx and eustachian tube

Air conduction better than bone with levels of 25 and 30 is suggestive of mild neural deafness. In which case the eustachian tube is responsible only for the clicking sound not the deafness. If you have been prescribed any medication for strength of nerves then take them.

Next Steps

Avoid exposure to loud sounds. Avoid earphones loudspeakers and loud noises. They will further enhance your hearing loss
