Throat pain for a short duration without any other symptoms is most likely pharyngitis. Consult a nearby ent specialist for confirmation of diagnosis. Antibiotics and analgesics will help. Can try warm water with salt for gargling twice a day.. U may feel a relief. Also if u r having acidity please take necessary care and antacids
