Sore throat and running nose from 1 week
She has been taking medicines like crocin, citrizine and even anti biotic for throat infection. But the health doesn't seem to be improving. Please help

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of nose and throat infection. You may need to take better antibiotic, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
