Cough and pain in throat

Since 1 year I have issue in my throat.Sometimes when it become more I used to do garagels with lukewarm salt water.

If your problem is occasional since a year then it could be a simple infection in the throat which is recurring. If it's continually there since one year then other causes like sinusitis and reflux disease have to be evaluated and treated. Kindly visit an ENT specialist and get it checked and treated
