You seem to have a severe osa. Other options to treatment of osa is surgical. The site of obstruction has to be determined by sleep nasendoscopy and according to the site the surgery has to be planned.

Your sleep study report shows you have severe obstructive sleep apnea ( OSA). CPAP is quite useful. But if you are not comfortable with it there are alternatives. Surgery for  OSA can be done.
Next Steps
You should meet ENT specialist. Proper clini cal evaluation is needed to check your nose, palate, pharynx and tongue. If required you may be advised to go for Sleep endoscopy. This test will tell us whether you are going to be benefitted from surgery or not.
Health Tips
If you are overweight / obese start working on it. Weight reduction is mandatory before any kind of treatment for OSA. If you can keep your BMI within 25 , it itself will diminish severity of your problem.
