Balance disorder and ringing in ear. taking vertin 24 mg 3 in a day. mri brain angio done. no problem obersed. can I take getting 24 and stemetil md for 2 week. my doctor out of city.

You can change to tab stugeron plus daily twice if you are not getting benifit with the previous medication avoid bending forward for 15 days. Check your weight and lipid profile.

Need more evaluation to understand the cause. But if u are having any vertigo with change in position, u can try positional exercises like Brandt Daroff exercises. Please search in youtube.
