Some ringing sound in ear since 3 days
I have ringing sound in ear like a longer beep and I'm having it since 3 days. I don't have any hearing issue but I am not able to sleep at all..
It's becoming hard to sleep for 5 hours. I am hardly able to sleep from 1am to 5 am..and even If I try to sleep also not able to sleep.
Any suggestions
