Difficulty sleeping
My 4 year old has enlarged tonsils and he can't sleep without having sleep apnea and heavy snoring and breathing. Now he is discharging milkish liquid from his nose.

Get a ENT consult , he may also have adenoids . If severe he needs adenotonsillectomy to improve breathing

Usually this condition is due to Adenoid hypertrophy get an xray nasopharyngeal for adenoids and then we can desice. Whether to operate or start medication

It will most probably be due to enlarged adenoids He has acute upper respiratory tract infection right now so start on medication Get an x-ray nasopharynx lateral view done for confirmation of enlarged adenoids
