Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have attched pic, I have met 3 ENT and they looking into throat with camera and say it's fine and also allergic pharyngitis or anxiety issue which is leading such issue, please confirm if this can lead to throat sore and throat burning sensation? Is it contuinous worry and anxiety lead to such issue??
