Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dont know why am sleeping and after wakeup my right eye is slightly blured vision compare to my left eyes what to do

At night when I sleep my right nostril gets congested. When I wake up and sit straight for 15 to 30 minutes congestion reduces or dissolves. Again when I sleep and wake up same thing happens. This is causing disruption in my sleep. Kindly give me the cause. I do not have any cold etc.

Since 4 days I hv severe throat pain n swollen tonsils... difficult to swollow food... I am taking betadin for gargle and salt and turmuric warm water.... I am taking augmentin 625 twice daily and dolo 500 twice daily... I hv developed rashes on my skin due to medicines....plz suggest

He's been complaining of throat pain, today when checked he has swollen throat on his right side with small white dots. Looks like tonsils. What medicine can i give him for now??

I am noticing black particles in my phelgm everyday for the last 8-9 days. No breathing problems. A non-smoker, not exposed to any dirt or dust. Excessive thick phelgm in the morning everyday which is grey in colour. Currently not on any medication. No fever.

My phelgm always contains several black particles whenever I cough up phelgm. I am a non-smoker. No fever as such. Phelgm coming from the throat only. This has been happening for the past 10-11 days.
