Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have persistent sore throat since 4 months. I smoke daily and two times got bleed from mucus sputum. One got recently and another one back 1 year ago. General physician diagnosed my lungs and there are no such worsen symbol . He says me it's come from throat. I can't understand what is happening! One more thing to know can I use ciplox ear and eye drops in such condition like minor cut inside the ear due to earbuds which got top of cotton. Thank you in advance.

I have a white spot near my tonsil and my throat is dry most of the time and i cant speak properly beacause of dryness maybe here is the picture of the spot please do suggest is it somthing serious

Suddenly I will wake up and sleep will not get again it takes long time to sleep shown local ent here he said we should do surgery but again he said again I will not give any guarantee regarding snoring he said your bone is problem inside

Its been 30 days i m facing this problem  little cough in the night not frequently and burning sensation in the wind pipe what is this i m so worried

1 n half year back I observed something in my throat. I went to the doctor and they did neck ultrasound. And they said it was normal. But i need to check this every year. But they didn't tell me that the reason for this. I want to know the reason and also is this dangerous? And how to treat this further? Im attaching neck ultrasound report. Kindly please check.

Earlier I consulted to doctor with the help of Practo only. That time doctor said there is neither wax issue nor others. Also I have consulted Audiologist. They also reported no issue. Any suggestions.

For the past 2 years i am experiencing reduction in  smelling sense. Pls advice me the medical procedure or is their any natural way to treat it.

I have large tonsils both side but they dont create any problem with eating sleeping or breathing but they are large when i have gone to show ent the doctor says they are large from my birth suggest me what to do kya yeh birth se large hote hai

In my endoscopy report doctor said I have GERD with GASTRITIS but I have only throat problem like burps stuck in throat often burps. So i consultanted again doctor in practo he said I having LPRD laryngopharyngeal reflux so he said to have gaviscan peppermint liquid but my doubt is I sawed in Google that peppermint is bad for GERD and LPRD should avoid it was written like that. So can I use that or not please reply.
