Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor, I have dry cough since 1 month It occurs specially while in travel to work and after eating food I normally eat white bread and butter in the morning and bhaji and bread or masala rice in the afternoon My travelling time going and coming back from office is almost 2.5 hours in rikshaw X ray report is normal but blood sugar levels are 121 in fasting C reactive protein is 10 Pls advise

Hello doctor, I facing ear clog and nose block& nasel drop problem from March 2020 I take multiple medicne(steroids tab & nasel spray) still I having same problem One of the doctor suggested take CT SCAN PNS I attached below any recommendations medicine

Since last 3 days getting ear pain and observed little wetness when slept on that side of ear.its not running . Pain is like Stroke and intermittent, but almost continue. Ear shows little swelling , no wax. Has also issue of nostril getting chocked from same side. More when sleeping on pain side ear. Need advice pl.

I have brownish Mark's on both side of most inner teeth of upper jaw from last one year,there is no pain ,no difficulty

Iam coughing up thick white phelgm for the past 2 months. A few days back I noticed that the phelgm has turned grey/black. The sensation is coming from the throat. The cough is not a hacking type but more of throat clearing type(cough once and then throat clearing for expulsion of Phelgm). I am a non-smoker and no fever as such. CBC also normal. Is it serious?
