Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having diabetes. Feeling pain around left ear. Same feeling happened in right ear also. After some days pain go away. And come back again.please suggest appropriate medicine.

I have sourness in the mouth no matter what i eat and i feel hungry even after eating. I have heartburn, stomach burn and chest burn and also excessive flatulence and burps. Why do i feel sour in my mouth ? Is is Gerd ?

I am feeling both ear pain when I woke up I feel in pain in ear and its feel dryness in ear when I insert a ear buds in ear

I have been suffering from TMJ disorder for 8 years but since feb 2019,i get popping and crackling sound from my both ears. It was still bearable till march 2020.Suddenly after march 2020 ,my both ears and jaw are paining like hell. I am a working lady but this pain is driving me crazy i am not able to focus anywhere ,not able to work. This pain is causing me so much stress and irritation,most of the time i am depressed and sad. I need a medical note which i can submit in my office so that i can get a break. Can anybody help me to get through this?

No pain nothing.What is the reason for ha having holes in the tonsils.No pain no redness.Is it something serious?

I have sinusitis and have sneezing with temperature changes. Currently i have short spasm of  dry cough with little to no white mucous. While sleeping I find my nose bit blocked and can hear myself breathing in silent room. I have no congestion but I am constantly worried if I have Asthma or not as doctor gave me inhaler in bangalore but discontinued in next meeting.

My nose is very fat and it does not look like before 3 years i am a fat person . what shoudl i do ? p

1) Can patching helps in solving eardrum rupture ? 2) Can patch will help in eardrum membrane to grow back for my mother(age is 48 years) ?
