Betadine 2% gargle Mint, is it safe to be used like a mouth wash, if it is advisable and safe to be used, what is the dosage for elderly people 60-70 of age. There is slight symptoms of a soar throat, please advise, thank you.

Anodmia since 8/7/20.This is covid symptom. Got RT PCR test done after a month - it is negative. No other symptoms. Taste is only 50%. Can smell mildly only if i take things close to nose.
