Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One day i have seen in the the mirror that my tonsils are very big in size but they don't interfere in my daily life routine is it normal or it's a deasese

My body weight decreases and ery thin body . Day after day body becomes very thin and weakness Mu t3, t4 is normal but TSH is 6.87 but in hypothyroidism weight is increases why my weight decreases and becomes thin

Its became two month that I am facing throat infection issue. I can feel the swelling in the throat.

Do my self test Body weight decreases, thin body, hicupping always, trembling legs hand, veryweakness, eat very much but lack of energy in body, iregularperiod, insomniya, itching in eye plz tell me which test is prefered to me and more about my problem and treatment.

Now he is feeling pain in it and because of that in her teeth of left side also gets affected but the main problem is in the left ear . it has been 14-15 days can you suggest any preference ? what can we do ?

I have been coughing up grey phelgm for months now. It is usually thicker in the morning. (Coughing up phelgm first thing on the morning). Sometimes no phelgm is coming out while coughing, but feeling of a scratch is there.( No sore throat or difficulty in swallowing) clearing throat also brings up grey phelgm, non diabetic only on thyroid medication. No fever or weight loss Coughing after eating also. Please help.

From my left ear pus is coming continuously... I feel continuous buzzing sound in my left ear... Due to lock down not able to see doctor... It is there from 45 days... 3 weeks before I consulted general doctor he says I have lump in my ear... Could you please tell me what is this exactly ..do I need a surgery... Hello, I constantly feel that my head is clogged. It pains in the temples, behind the eyes and around/below the ear. Ears give a sensation/sound of opening and shutting. Seems like they're blocked too. Also get sore throat often. One of my nostrils always seemed blocked. Probably chronic sinusitis, what do I to resolve this? Or is this anything else? This has been happening for over a year or two.
