  4. Heavy Pain in Throat. Possible reason.

Heavy Pain in Throat
I have pain in my throat, can't even swell the food and can't even talk properly it's very painful. I have no fever but I do have mild headache and body ache. Please help what could be the possible reason.

The problem you're having missed called pharyngitis that me maybe due to post nasal discharge or GERD based on your complaints it's better to rollout Covid as it is a pandemic time a detailed history is needed to come to a conclusion
