Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, I got symptoms of covid on aug 4 , The only symptom which I got was loss of smell and taste with mild tonsillitis .Ihave taken medication recommended and now I feel am absolutely fine with no symptoms as it's 14days till today . With many doctors suggestion I used mask when I was near by baby , during breastfeeding also.my question is do I need to go for test to check for covid negative or else am I recovered ? And how long do I need to wear a mask? And do I need to test my baby also ? My baby is doing good. Please suggest

I have been facing severe vomiting and dizziness in last week. Nearby dr suggest it was due to indigestion. All kind of blood tested and USG done. But there was not found any serious symptoms. At present vomiting is stop. But dizziness feeling still persist,specially in bed when i try to move my head slightly to left side, suddenly dizziness comes. From web search i found it may me from ear that because i put this question here. I dont know what is reason behind this. Kindly suggest me.

I am 24. 2 months ago i got an ear infection and tinnitus because of water in ear. After my ent doctor cleaned my ear and gave me medicine my ear is good. But after a week there is something swollen  under my jaw like a node. Its been a month after the treatment. But my ear ringing has not gone completely its been reduced and there is little bit pain in ear. And the node has gone smaller but its not gone completely either. I cant go to see a doctor again because of covid. Its been worst in my area. Please answer i cant sleep at night because of my anxiety from this.

I am having throat infection from last two days with phelym substance is coming no cough and fever. Kindly suggest..

Its been one months after the treatment my ringing is reduced but its not gone. Now i feel like something small swollen pea like under my jaw on each side of the neck and sometimes my ear hurts i feel little bit pain for some time nothing else. Please answer my query i am really anxious cant sleep.

I am having swelling above front jaw and below nose area. It's like a lump beneath the nose area and upper jaw. It's been 2 days now,Its paining a lot and I am not able to bite anything.when I press below the nose,it pains a lot. Is there anything serious or it's just normal swelling and what should I do now. I am attaching a picture also to show the exact area of pain.

My brother is having a congested nose since last 18 days. Either one nose gets blocked and the opens and vice-versa or both gets blocked mildly. On consulting a doctor he was 1st suggested AZEE 500 (for 6 days), SINAREST & MONTAIR LC for 10 days. The condition did improved a bit but not much so doctor changed meds to ALLEGRA M, DOXY 100 (for 10 days) still the condition is more or less the same. He don't have any other issue. Inhaling steam. He also took decongestant which reliefs for few moments. What to do? He is very tensed about corona. And as the test is not easily available here we are unable to go for corona test. Please help.
