Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have cut type scar in back of my toungue but my dentist is saying it is normal taruma what to do please suggest is it a disease if deasease suggest remidies note- i don't have touble from that cut but i m not satisfied

This problem happened in small age..how to recure this problem?... But asusual breathing is properly

Recently I've been hearing ringing or buzzing sound in my both ears. It happens twice or thrice in a day or so for around 30 seconds or less and very rarely a mild pain also in my left ear. sometimes just appears and goes away. What might be the reason for this. I'm having Vitamin D deficiency also. Is this one of the reason. ?

My ear was kind of blocked for 3-4 days and after visiting the doc, i got to know the cause was wax and during cleaning, doc realized my eardrum has hole on it and suggested operation.(pic attached) Is there any way where it can be fixed without operation?

Taking medicine acyclovir. But mucopain gel is not suitable. Getting burning sensation after applying the gel. Pain also increasing in the infected area. Want some better pain killer and some other medicines which can dry infections very fast. Getting high fever with shimmering daily.

I have suffered with acute head ache from last 3 days. Before that I have a bit tooth ache but that is not so serious. But now I feel discomfort due to my headache. Last two days I feel whole forehead ache but today I feel it only in left side. When I wake up in the morning I feel heaviness in my head. I took disprin which helped me partially.

My last possible exposure was 7years ago. I have no symptoms of Hiv. But after 7years I have done a 4th generation CMIA antigen and antibody test which is non reactive. But while I did the test I was using corticosteroid nasal spray i.e duonase nasal spray 2sprays each nostrils twice daily to treat allergic rhinitis for a continuous period of 5months. I have read in the Internet that using steroids can cause immunosuppression and reduce antibodies so that it cannot be detected by HIV antibody test and cause a false negative. Now the question is can this duonase nasal spray affect hiv testing and cause a false negative when the 4th Generation CMIA antigen and antibody test was done 6years after possible exposure? The spray was used for continously 5months.Can this prolonged usage have systemic absorption and cause immunosuppression resulting in false hiv negative test? Do I need to test again?
