Severe earache
I have had ear ache for three dase now, and now my it hurts to open my jaw It started with slight pain on inside of my  which would come every time I burped. Now my entire ear is soar and it hurts when I open my jaw, on the same side near my ear. It also hurts if I tug at my earlobe. It also appears to be swollen but I am not sure. No redness. No discharge I have taken three combiflams and evw that does not help, it just makes the unbearable pain a little bearable. Please help.

There might be 3 possibilities as per your history ie wax in the ear, otitis externa or TMJ arthritis . You can take combination of painkiller with good antibiotics. Also,if possible send photo of your ear for better understanding .
