Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am on psychatric medicines for anxiety from past 2 years. I feel i have a very small breath, not only that i inhale and exhale simultaneously, the moment i try to inhale, exhalation starts simultaneously. I cannot do any pranayama or meditation because of this as i have to yawn i.e. open my mouth and take a deep breath from mouth. I have shown to ENT, he told you have no blockage in nose, this is because of stress. People think i m yawning while talking to them but all i m trying for is a deep breadth from mouth as i cannot take it from nose. I can do jal neti easily. There is no blockage. Only when i open my mouth big and breadth touches my throat and then I exhale it from my nose I feel comfortable. Will I ever come out of this problem?

I have left ear hearing problem from 10 years, From last 3 years I was feeling dizziness , consulted a nuero doctor did some tests mri and CT scan and bcz of sinusitus doctor has done operation on clearing the sinusitus. Even after that also after some time I was feeling dizziness , consulted ent doctor in Bangalore madam suggested to do some tests as mri ,ct, neck tests and finally she conveyed that nothing to worry no tumor like that , it is because of hearing loss. Now please help me even now also I feel dizziness every 3 months once and it will stays for 2 weeks , how to get rid of it. Please help me. Recently conuslted a ent specialist in practo sir has suggested vertin8mg for one week and after that sir told he will recommended some excersices.

I was having loss of smell, fever, 1 month back, consulted ENT surgeon had advised Wysolone tablet and flomist nasal spray, still the smell hasn't returned back, how long will it take for smell to return in covid patients?

Since last one month I've been coughing. Sometimes it's dry and sometimes there is also cough. This generally happens at night, also if I talk for a long duration. Last night also I was coughing, this happens when I breath I can hear some noise from chest also. I don't what it is but it may have started from allergies.

From 10 days onwards some voice delivering changes occur what the reason my son suffered cold before 10 days but nw he is gud but spell the words is changed

Respected sir although taking medicine and allergy steroid nasal spray ...no improvement in nasal congestion.. rotation nasal congestion occurs after every 3-4 hours .heavy mucus out in nasal blowing ..how to cure it ...I want to cure myself completely ...I am from Bhubaneswar..age 31

I'm feeling nose blockage ..No cold no cough or throat irritation..and no nasal congestion also..If I sleep on bed it is increasing..no able to breathe properly from the nose...Steam is giving relief..can you please suggest on this
