  4. White tongue. Suggest, i am worried.

Hello Doctor, Since one month my tongue is white. Also I have few papillae on my tongue. I used to take multi-vitamin with a hope that it would get cured, but nothing such has happened. I am a regular smoker. Please suggest, I am worried.
