Can I use Duonase Nasal Spray for Sinus Infection with Nasal congestion / blockage with yellow mucus discharge? If yes, how long can it be used? Generally, I get these symptoms twice or thrice in a year and have some blockage in right nostrils as per CT PNS.

Yes you can use it continue for 15 days or one month depending on the symptoms.Also, you should use a good antibiotics to get rid of sinusitis symptoms .
