It does not really matter whether we use endoscope or microscope.. What you should ask is weather they ll give the incision behind the ear or not.. Most of the times microscope surgery is done with the incision.. But it can be done without giving that incision.. Each have their own advantages and disadvantages.. It depends on the comfort of the surgeon.. So leave it to your surgeon how he wishes to do it
