Any swelling in the neck which is not reducing on its own should be evaluated with ultrasound of the neck and FNAC from the swelling.. Considering that you are also having some difficulty or uneasy swallowing you should get it checked at the earlier to rule out any issue in the throat due to which the swelling in the neck may have come.. Consult immediately
