Does Ginkgo biloba extract work for tinnitus? My doctor has prescribed for it. Does the medicine have any side effects? Do it really works?

I am experiencing severe pain on the right side of my face, including right ear. I have a sore almost at the base of the tongue (right side) and suspect something wrong on the right side in the throat too as I can sense some burning feeling. I've applied Dologel T on the sore on the tongue. It gave temporary relief only. What should I do to recover?

I am suffering from tinnitus on and off. Each time it comes, it lasts 3 to 4 days and I cannot hear any other voice. It is overtaken by Hissing Hissing tinnitus. Is there permanent cure for this

Hi doctors,tgghh Writing this OK behalf on my wife who is suffering from throat ailment. She is on medications since long but it doesn't seem to have provided any benefit to her. Have consulted couple of ENT specialists but in vain Got her saliva diagnosed and bronchitis problem appeared. We are in dilemma whether who to refer to. It has been since long she is suffering from this issue. Attaching couple of prescriptions that she had taken in past Look forward for your replies and a right path so that she can eat live healthy life and eat anything without any fear.

Having cough with thick phelgm for months, thickest in the morning. No fever. No trouble swallowing. Not on any medication. Phelgm colour is light grey/black. Please suggest medications.
