Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor I have been feeling low ringing in my ears for the past one week . No ear pain or ear wax noticed . I have recently two months ago diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and now transitioned to hypothyroidism . I'm talking Amlodipine and Telmisartan for Bloodpressure due to thyroid. I have been feeling with anxiety as well. My Brain MRI was clear and unremarkable and no TMJ disorders . One of the ENT doctors prescribed Ginkgo Biloba with coenzyme q10 micronutrients tablets . My Audiometry was normal . I just want a second opinion if that Is the right treatment or do you prefer any other better way to treat.

For last 1 week i constantly heat buzzing noise in my head and ears - today at intervals i cant hear anything from my ears - there is heaviness in my head accompanied with extreme fatigue

Hi, Mucus is stuck in throat and little block of nose in the morning time.. Mild cough occurring through a day.. I have experience the issue since 2 months. I have used medicine for this. Once medicine stopped start appearing issue Due to mucus in throat i am feeling in comfortable until to clear the throat.. Probelm persist the till 11 am.. Help me on this
