Having sour throat & inflammation in the throat from last 3 days. Could anyone please prescribe some medications

I want to know when nd how I can go for tonsil removal it is disturbing my passage to even breathe now also what is its cost

Whenever hearing loud sound and using Headphone more than a hour i am getting pain in the ears. At the time hearing loud noise only getting pain that will be exist for 30 minutes to one hour. Please help me to cure from this

I am having tinnitus since a year, i have been on medrol, renerve plus inj, and too many multivitamins I had been prescribed. Recently i had a brain MRI prescribed, everything was normal except it showed "Mucosal thickening noted in b/l ethmoid aircells". After showing the report to my doc, he prescribed nootrophil c. Just wanted to ask if it is safe and what are the side effects? Just wanted to check as i had a severe infection when I was on medrol. Also I read this medication is used for acute stroke. So I'm scared a bit. Please help me here.

It's beem over 3 weeks now that I have a dry scratchy feeling in the throat. Have consulted 2 ENT doctors. Took antibiotics and antasids but still have dryness in my throat. I drink plenty of water during the day (4 leters every day) and exercise regularly. Don't have fever or cough or cold or any weakness. No difficulty in swallowing food. Want to know what might be causing this and what to do to fix it.

Hi ...am roja..my nose is paining almost all the tym when i touch it..and around the nose in the left side of the nose only feels like blocks..and always there is a layer of skin appers ..when i peel it off..it appears..and feels like its burning

I have swollen lymph nodes(2) on the right side of my neck.Noticed it yesterday only. They are painless,not visible from outside but i can touch and feel it.Do bot have any other symptoms. Please tell what could be the reason and what should i do next?

I have to attend a dinner meet on some days. And it a must to attend. Food will be cooked in the home of the person and some people will come and we have to eat together, now my concern is that in my house there is one person age of 62 years and having a little heart and kidney problem. If I get affected through the dinner meet then there is high chance the person will also get affected. Now my question to you is there any precaution I can take so that there is less chance to be affected  through dinner meet and for the person in my house, if he get affected through me, the case not getting severe for him?
