Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Giddiness when I walk I have hearing loss from last 8 years All the MRI and CT scans are normal. Neck x ray also normal. Iam using hearing aid for 80db range in left ear but it is not working properly as I can not listen with one ear at all.. Please help me if i buy new hearing aid will the problem be solved. Giddiness comes and stays from 2 weeks after taking vertin and some other tablets it will.go but after few months again it wil.comeback. Bp and sugar also normal. Please help me what to do any excercises will help me.

Sticky mucus stuck back of my nose can't spit nor I can swallow from last 1month I tried medicines for acid reflux and nasal drip but not cured

I have cut type scar in back of my toungue but my dentist is saying it is normal taruma what to do please suggest is it a disease if deasease suggest remidies note- i don't have touble from that cut but i m not satisfied

Recently I've been hearing ringing or buzzing sound in my both ears. It happens twice or thrice in a day or so for around 30 seconds or less and very rarely a mild pain also in my left ear. sometimes just appears and goes away. What might be the reason for this. I'm having Vitamin D deficiency also. Is this one of the reason. ?

I have a cut in back side of toungue but it doesn't create problem in any thing is it a disease or any thing else

One day i have seen in the mirror that i have big bumps like a little bigger than pimples in back side of my toungue in the middle i can see them easily but they don't make trouble in any thing are they normal or a disease please suggest

My ear was kind of blocked for 3-4 days and after visiting the doc, i got to know the cause was wax and during cleaning, doc realized my eardrum has hole on it and suggested operation.(pic attached) Is there any way where it can be fixed without operation?

Taking medicine acyclovir. But mucopain gel is not suitable. Getting burning sensation after applying the gel. Pain also increasing in the infected area. Want some better pain killer and some other medicines which can dry infections very fast. Getting high fever with shimmering daily.
