Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please refer attached sputum culture report. Please tell report is normal or not.i have cronic cough problem since last 6 months.

I have cough in chest. From past 2week , it is difficult for me to breath because of cough. Previously i was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. I had taken medicine and i was fine. But now this cough in chest doesn't go. What should I do

I am suffering from tinnitus since last 9-10 months. First doctor whom i consulted said my left ear looks a little dull, gave decongestant didn't work out. Then another ENT marked it as RTM(said it looks little retracted). Since them I consulted vrious docs and being prescribed multivitamins, ginko etc. I have few questions. 1. Can RTM last almost a year? 2. If yes, can it cause ear ache, i mean when i put earbuds(not harshly, just to touch the canal gently) i feel a tickling pain inside). 3. When i do valsalva at morning little bit waterish i feel inside ear(this happens only d first time when i wake up and do vasalva). 4. Apart from eating so many medicines, what are the other alternatives to cure this? 5. I can hardly sleep as this tinnitus bothers me so much(sounds like when older tvs are started, that kind of sound 24x7(fluctuating like a stream). 6. Can I put warm oil inside my ear? 7. Is it because of infection? Plz help me wd these points! I get so much of tensn bc of dis :/

I want to know can I eat my food knowing that it is giving me a feeling of food sticking in throat...I am fearing and from some days I am avoiding eating chappatis and rice,I am on liquid diet only,all concerned tests done- and Endoscopy revealed Esophagitis GERD! Is this problem temporary or life long? I am very young and due to fear I am unable to eat properly and can't concentrate on my studies! Very much worried like is there anything serious

Mere jeebh ke peeche side meh ek chota gadha ya scar Jo bole Woh hai Woh dikha hai par kya gadha Nahi bhare ga MERI jeebh Ka in English I have ( gaping cut on my toungue) but the wound is healed but still I have that gap present there on my toungue but it don't creat problem in my daily routine is it a disease or itz normal please suggest if disease then please please I request please suggest me a good medicine for it my dentist said just don't see that thing in mirror u r well

From last few days I. Observed that either of any one nasal vassal gets blocked during night around 4 or 5 am... Someday if not blocked then its like sudden breathe i do take and sleep goes off... Please advice why its happening and Root cause, solution.

I am having white/grey thick phelgm with black dots in it everyday. Currently under no medication. This has been persistent since 2 months. No fever or breathlessness. Non smoker. Had taken antibiotics but did not help. Please suggest medications.

I am able to feel swollen lymp node only when I touch my hands under the chin, Not visible unless I look up, and mostly give me the look of double chin. I have thyroid issue, on medication of 50mcg. I do yoga regularly. Age 26, height 5.1 ft, weight 54kgs Attaching photo for reference
