Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last one month I am suffering severe dryness in throat even after drinking water due to dryness I feel very uncomfortable feels like that someone is pressing my throat ,I have consulted ENT and GP but both says throat is normal but I am not satisfied I want to know this dryness of throat can lead to any serious symptom,from last 10 days I have not use toothbrush due to panic of dryness

He feels uneasiness in sleeping. Whenever he tries to sleep there is something that irritates at the bottom of the throat

Hello, I'm 30 YO, non drinker non smoker, I'm constantly having mucus at end of nose area (backside) since last 4 months, I've consulted multiple doctors online and each one is diagnosing different dieses like below and giving different medicine - Allergies - LPR/Silent Reflux - Sinusitis - Post nasal drip I'm really frustrated having all these medicines, Can anyone really help me to find out what is it actually and how can I become normal again ?

I feel like in my upper part of throat food sticks there although endoscopy revealed a very little inflammation in esophagus...Will this feeling of food sticking go away after treatment with PPI...It feels terrible like sometimes like I will not be able to swallow anymore...Like tightness from inside in throat...My endoscopy revealed GERD, LAX LES, Esophagitis Grade A and I am on PPI from 2 months sometimes much better sometimes again I feel like food is sticking

When I eat food from 2 months it is giving me feeling of food sticking in throat like food is going down slowly or taking time in swallow! My all concerned tests were done and from 2 months I am taking PPI and much better but not completely cured like feeling of food sticking comes again...Will I be cured and will I be able to resume normal eating after treatment! Is there something serious...I get worried sometimes but my ENT & GASTRO said you're okay now
