Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My self Vishwanath living and working in DRcongo. like in work places I meet one guy who is worried for his son due to his deaf and dumb since birth while talking he said to me and due to French speaking country  and also lack of many facilities he unable to help his child so on a humanity basis I thought why can't I try find him some useful and cheap treatment from India so that's why am here to find a specialist ENT doctor...

I have pain in my throat since 2 months .. this pain is extended to my neck right jaw and right ear ... My right tonsil looks bigger than left one

IMPRESSION : FEATURES ARE SUGGESTIVE OF THYROGLOSSAL DUCT CYST IN MIDLINE IN INFRAHYOID POSITION. CLINICAL CORRELATION AND FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS LIKE FNAC FROM THE S.O.L IS SUGGESTED.

I have pain in my throat since two months , also having trouble in swallowing, right side ear and jaw pain ... Right side tonsils looks greater than the other

Having pain inside of the ear since yesterday And not used any medicine yet. And also having pain at one side of tonsils

For the last 20 + days i have been having trouble sleeping. I can only sleep for max 6 to 7 hours. After waking up i try to go back to sleep but As soon as i fall asleep i have  breathing trouble  and then i wake up. Or else i get the urge to urinate and i wake up . i cant fall asleep after that. In a period of 1 hour i fall asleep and wake up like 6 times. I visited a doctor , he said it might be due to gastritis and gave me some tablets because of whicj im able to sleep atleast for 5 or 6 hours continously. After that i cant sleep continously. I had an hiv exposure 8 years back when i was 12. Last year i tested negative on tridot , western blot and pcr. Im worried i might still have hiv and that is causing this problem . Is this hiv related sleep apnea?

Left side ear pain near the hole on touching. What are these symptoms. What medicines should I take.

There's a hard ball type something on my neck behind right ear. Although I think its swollen lymph node but it's not going small and I think it's getting bigger too. Is it something serious? I had ear pain in july due to ear wax. Which is now better. I'm really worried about this lymph node as I have tried google the cause.

Thick mucus type salaiva comes in between teeth. It irritates.And because of this jaws stiffness etc

Ringing sound in right ear, and hearing is not clear on right hear, if i sleep on right side feel dizziness so always need to sleep on left side.
