Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a bit of cold but there's no rise in temperature in body. My nostril is clogged any 1 side at a time. But issue is my right ear is clogged, it some what opens up not fully when I'm under sun, otherwise it is clogged , I can hear from right ear but it muffled hearing

3 days ago this thing appeared on my tongue. It's bumpy thickened skin on tongue that's white and very painful. Can someone tell me what is this?

Its been 8-10 years, i am having sinusitis allergy means initially, once i touch my nose or by any means if my nose get sensitive, i will start sneezing continuously, Now, anytime any movement i start sneezing without any touching ,for example- As soon as i wake up in the morning i start sneezing, tried all medicine ,all doctor even homeopathy but its not stopping , mine IGE level- 927. Is there any cure?

Hi, My baby boy is 4 months old, In my baby's ear a white layered pus formed before past 6 weeks. Took my boy to doctor and they suggested few antibiotics and also asked my wife to change the feeding position to slight up while giving milk and she doing the same 5weeks but still that pus wasn't cleared. Is this a major problem? Or all the kids of age below 6months or 1 year takes long time to clear these types of pus? Please help me out on this.
