Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

About 1 year my wife have been suffering from cold and cough. When see cough a sound is heard(ghar ghar).Every day secreation from her nose is coming out. Some times she feels mild pain or pressure in her chest. She has been under medication from 1 year but till her problem is not cure. She took medicine levosit(5m), Telikast L , Doxolime M(400), veloz d, unicontine 400, nukast 10,BB-cort,Anikast-fx. Now she is taking unicontine 600 and Torkast FX. Last prescription and allergy report attached. Please give the best advice. Thanking you.

I have acid reflux form 3-4 months I m taking ppi anti acid .. managing with lifestyle changes and dietary habits but problem is still there no cure .. n coz of reflux I have throat infection not curing from 3-4 months and also effect my teeth .. when wake up I got blood in saliva n after rinsing with water it goes !! Every morning I got .. but no other symptoms no cough fever no pain nothing just this .. is this any serious problm which is not curing throat infection mouth n teeth ! I don't try any antibiotic or antifungal medicine .. should try this or not .. how to cure this . Is this serious health issue thnks !

White substance is in one ear and in one ear theres pain... uses mycine and other ear drops but couldnt help. One pimple is in one ear. Which gives sudden pain.

Getting weird smell along with original smell (I tried smelling camphor but it felt a combination of both original camphor smell and some weird metallic smell ) No loss of smell or taste. And also there is a metallic or weird kind of taste along with original taste. I suspect this is because of inhaling some strong disinfectant while spraying or it might be because of inhaling dettol. Please help and suggest what can be done. Thank you.
