Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Reduced sense of taste and smell since 1.5 months. Got RT PCR test done 10 days back its negative. Suffering from anxiety and depression. White coating on tongue also. No other symptoms Plz help

From last 1 month,my left ear pain is happening, pain is coming and going,there is no loss of hearing, no ear discharge,no throat pain ,no cold. And sometimes there is little pain behind ear.plz advice

I have done a 4th generation CMIA antigen and antibody Hiv combo test recently. My last possible exposure was 6years back. It is non reactive. But while I did the test I was using corticosteroid nasal spray to treat allergic rhinitis. Doctpr adviced me to use duonase nasal spray for treating allergic rhintis. The dose was 2 sprays per nostril twice daily. I used the spray as prescribed for a continuous period of 5months. Now my question is can the use of this corticosteroid nasal spray i.e duonase nasal spray used for a continuous period of 5months cause immunosuppression and reduce the HIV antibodies so that it cannot be detected by HIV antibody test and cause a false negative when the 4th Generation CMIA antigen and antibody test which is non reactive was done after 6years of exposure that well outside the window period?

Mild Fever 99 to 100.8 Starting From 1800h till 2330h Since 1 Week, Started With Throat Pain And Mild Cough took Paracetamol And Azithromicin Subsided For Two Days And Again Started, Have Got COVID-19 test done Thrice Negative. Also the problem has persisted for almost a month. Slight weight loss from 74 to 69 kg over a month Please Suggest.
