Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My name is Vinay and I have a pain in my espinha nasal interior from last 12 years.what to do please let me know!

S shaped Nasal septum deviation major convexity to left side septal spur on right side. Bilateral maxillary sinus inflammatory changes. Rhinitis and inferior nasal turbinates hypertrophy. He take medicines,steroid sprays but relief for small time.is surgery needed or any other ways?

Hi All, My mother is having some throat Infections problem seems to be like GERD, after being diagnosed for throat Infection and getting medication for the same haven't helped her. She is still feeling something is struck towards the left portion of her throat region and she is not able to spill it out or swallow it in. What could be the problem here. Can anyone help here?

सफेद ulcer जीभ के पीछे के हिस्से और गले के अंदर है । 10 month हो चुके है । अगर कोई एंटीबायोटिक दवा लू तो भी गले मे सूजन सी महसूस होती है । बहुत से ent को दिखाया पर रिलीफ नही । कोई कहता है पेट मे एसिड है , कोई टेस्ट बड्स सूज गए बताता है। पर सही कोई नही कर पाया । एलोपैथी , होमेओपेथी, आयूर्वेद सभी को दिखा लिया पर कोई फायदा नही । थाइरोइड भी नार्मल है 😣

My ear have fungus or bacterial infections and creamy water is flowing from them & smelling badly.Both the ears are also itching and paining.

I have a Jaw pain beside my right ear since one month, I had a ear pain 2 months back, now I'm having pain while talking and chewing food. What to do?

2.5 weeks back, after getting up in morning I felt my ear blocked, thought it is due to ear wax, for that I bought clearwax(cipla) drops but nothing came on ear bud, still the blockage sensation continued. After 2-3 days, felt itching, little pain & attimes water discharge.Understanding the seriousness, I went & consulted a ENT specialist nearby & was diagnosed with ear fungal infection. Audiometry test was too taken which came under normal range.The consulted doctor removed fungus & prescribed antibiotic, anti-allergic, vitamin & 2 ear drops for 3-4 days. After taking medication, got relieved from pain, itching sensation & water discharge, still I could feel my ear blocked & ringing sensation. I went back on 6th day to the doctor, he again removed left fungal matter & prescribed another antibiotic(5days), same anti allergic(7days),vitamins(7 days) & 2 ear drop for 30 days. Even after completing my 7 days of medication, this is my 10th day I still feel my ear blocked. What should I do
