Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello!i am suffering from a throat issue in past 4 months..visited 3 ent surgeons 2 general physician and 4 homeopathic doctor .. Finally today a e.n.t surgeon told me that my vocal cord gum which soothe our throat became dry...that's why the pain occurs in my pharynx(back of the throat)and larynx(voice box)... That's why when i speak the coughing was start..i feel pain in ear because of that..he told me to rest my voice and gargle with salt water,steam inhalation, voice therapy and vocal hygiene...i am not feeling acidity any time..is it ok ..

A lumb on the right side of just below the adams apple. It has been there more than a year. Not a big change in size. But i feel very slowly increasing. No other problems. except sometimes (rarely ) felt a very less difficult while salaiva swallowing. Thyroid test is normal. No weight loss or gain. No other health problem. Im obese in nature. Not doing exercises. Having uric acid 8.1.Im ready to online consultation

Can allergy cause pharengytis???i have allergic rhinitis and have a great fear of pharengytis..please tell me that can pharengytis caused by allergy

From last two month I am feeling persistent dryness in throat , i have tried all home remedies and CONSULTED ENT & GP both said throat is normal I want to ask that the persistent dryness can lead to any serious condition , what test should I do to confirm about dryness

Muscles under the chin down to the throat have been feeling tight. no pain or lump. the tightness is not persistent and there is no problem in eating or swallowing. but it feels like something is wrong from the inside, it is not like a muscle strain. can i do something about this from home?

I know that gerd and lpr is same thing but i only feel coughing when to talk ... Dryness was gone without any medication...burning sensation was still there but still it was less than before and pain in neck I don't feel nausea, or heartburn,and ent doctor diagnosed me with lpr means silent reflux I am strickly following the diet.. I complete change my lifestyle Can it was curable I am aldo eating junior lanzol 30 mg before breakfast and ancool suspension thrice after meal.. Sometimes i also fell pain on my cheeks, and ear .. I am doing warm salaine gargles,steam inhalation, Pls tell me it was curable or not I don't talk properly because of this.. Pls give me a good suggestion Thanks

Actually while picking my nose I got wound inside my nose.. It didn't get healed but again by mistake I touch my nose and it's wounded again ... It's going to be almost a month or two, although I'm not picking my nose anymore its become very sensitive and is not completely healing causing discomfort, pain and sometimes headache too.. Please suggest some medicine or solution

Does we have only surgical way to treat Bilateral concha bullosa I have done a CT and I got Bilateral concha bullosa (right >left ) doctors suggest me the surgery , So please let me know is there any other way to treat this Thanks a lot
