Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose sometimes left and sometimes right seems completely blocked and many times both and even one of the ear (left) even when I feel it sounds to me like I have flu but I am completely fine except the congestion. And its really irritating me as I am unable to breath free...plis suggest me what to do as I am scared to go to hospitals due to covid. Please help.

Hi, I have allergies that lead to a lot of mucus formation. My doctor prescribed me L montus and it is quite effective. My doctor said not to take sore things like neembu achar and all that.i want to ask that can I take vit C tablets as per the current world pandemic situation. Will vit will not effect my allergy problem.

I feel as if something is getting stuck in my throat always followed by production of mucus(generally in morning) for around 4 months. This is also followed by a bit of irritation in left ear(Although, it's not pain but more or less, it's a kind of irritation). I don't have any difficulty in breathing and swallowing food, neither do I have any voice change. But generally, after having food, I feel to cough and find a little difficulty in breathing. I have a history of smoking for past 4 years. I have already quit it for past 4 months.
