Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I want to ask does swallowing difficulty due to Esophagitis,GERD...No ulcers were seen in endoscopy just alight inflammation in esophagus and i consulted GASTROENTEROLOGIST and took medicines for 2 months much better but swallowing issues are not completely cured...Sometimes i eat normally sometimes again i feel like sticking in throat ....Is my problem curable?

I've got a painful bump behind my left ear that i noticed today.. it is giving me a mild headache also.. it is hard and bit painful to touch. It is just behind the middle of my ear and not red or tender.

This is my Thyroid Report t4 and t3 is normal but TSH level is abnormal last 1 year I suffer thyroid problems Today I test my Thyroid level and T3&T4 is normal but TSH is high. NO any medicine history. First my weight is 75 after few time my weight gain is 84 then is test my Thyroid level is 8. after this I loss my weight 10 kg with the help of diet cucumber juice and decrease the carb in the diet increase fibre now my weight is 72. Hello, from last 7months everyday morning I felt phelgm struck in my throat and sometimes my left nose blockage I took antibiotics antihistamines, steam inhalation , salt water gargling etc but no complete relief... But the problem not irritates me very much, I slept comfortably night time... Please help.me with this issue.. thank u

I observed that when i take sinarest  for 3days i get relief for few days from nasal blockage.so is it safe to take sinarest for 8 to 10days twice daily.and how frequent i can take.
