Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One year ago he is feel the nose itching and eye irritating for only few minutes and it goes itself he thing it's bcoz of bridge work going on the way he go to college there are many dust there so he think this is happened of that and after sneezing and runny nose for 1 or 2 time a day it becomes blocking the nose after some days he goes to the hospital and take medicine and nasal spray it relieves and after few days come again. is surgery needed?

I have 2 swollen nodes on both sides of the neck under the jaw fnac says reactive hyperplasia no other symptoms is it dangerous

I'm suffering from swollen lymph nodes from 5 months in both sides of the neck under the jaw and below the ear fnac report says reactive hyperplasia what should I do

I am suffering from only  headache and all tooths senitivity from past 5 days (no cold, caugh,fever)   My doctor suggested me to go for CT PNS and I have attached the report. Please check and let me know is it major issue. IMPRESSION:  Right frontal ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinusitis.  Minimal bilateral maxillary sinusitis.  S-shaped deviation of nasal septum as described.

Can my mother take Avil 25/cetrizine to stop frequent sneezing due to dust allergy? Will it cause drowsiness?

Hi Doctors, I easily get attacked to cold in situations like dust, headbath etc.. I have been avoiding cold due to headbath with a hair dryer since years. But no solution for dust( I am allergic to dust). For me,  cold symptoms would be sneezes and nose blockage. No running nose.  Does Flu vaccination help?

I have problem with my ear pain n I thing it's some sefftick issue some liguid coming from ear pls advise.

I just want to know......which ear drops remove ear wax.......i want to purchase to clean the wax by myself

Last five years I suffer throat related problems like 1- redness in throat . 2-feeling that's something in my throat 3- Unable to speak continuously during this time my right side throat feel pulling. 4- some time found tonsils stone. 5- intially there's is no neck pain now a days I feel neck pain and ear pain also. 7- dryness in my throat 8.
