My son about 3yr old is not speaking clearly sometime when we say he repeats and sometimes not and he blabber something he think. How to make him speak clearly?

Socialization is most effective way to develop speech..the more your child interacts with different people the faster will be his speech development..to be certain about his hearing ability which sometimes might have effect in delayed speech , you can go for BERA test.
