Babble and cant speak some words clearly

I have problem in talking. I cant speak some words clearly i tried a lot to speak clearly but unable .. even my frnds relatives make fun of me by saying i am babble and cannot speak clearly then how can i ged rid of from this

You seem to be having problems with speech articulation. Sometimes tongue tie can cause this problem. If tongue tie is not present then you may need to undergo speech therapy which can help you to pronounce all the words properly
