1.2 year old baby  not speaking clearly
My niece is 1 year and 2 month old. She understands everything like when we call she respond if we say to do any activity she performs...but not speaking clearly. She is just making sounds like...uuuuuuu...few day before she used to speak like. Papapapa...babababa...but now again only making sounds uuuuuuuuu. Please suggest in this regard.
