  4. 1 month old sore throat. Specialist now?

1 month old sore throat
I have 1 month old sore throat cough and cold due to allergy. Tests done and allergy is proved with infection but still no progress. I have consulted 3 different physicians. Do I need to consult an ENT  specialist now ?
