Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a cervical swelling for 2-2.5 months . I have showed to many ENTs . They found the swelling tender . No lump . I did neck USG it was normal . I had an infected wisdom tooth which I got extracted on 31 Aug . It's healed now . Stitches also removed but cervical swelling is still there . It hasn't increased . But very light but there . I am attaching my sonography pic and my throat pic . Kindly guide me as I am very scared bcoz the swelling is not going . It won't be cancer na ?

Hi, I have lower jaw pain under ear for 4 months now. Been to different doctors, dentist and no answers yet. One of the dentist whom I visited recent said to check for eagle Syndrome. He couldn't diagnose it though. My symptoms are, -Right lower jaw burning pain under ear with mild swelling in the jaw since may. -Side of the neck is mild swollen and small lump is present (pea size) on the side of the neck since July. Taken neck USG and no abnormalities found. -Constant burning pain in jaw under ear and neck.   -Jaw clicking and Popping since may. Heard a big pop one day before this pain started.  -Right ear clogged and feel full since may. Ringing, buzzing sound or some soft music in that ear while lying down since august, -Feel of something stuck in throat since August Sore pain in the top of head above ear. Only one spot since July.  - hurts to touch under ear in the jaw and side of the neck. More pain is in the lower jaw where it ends under the ear and in front of the ear.

I used to get severe headaches and it were frequent twice a month atleast and it would stay for atleast 2-3 days. I used to think it was migrain but after i got myself checked by an ENT specialist they told it wasnt. The doctor touched my my upper jaw and ear area and said to get some of the medicines and be assurrd that they wouldnt happen thta often and it wasnt migraine. Its been 8 months without pain and now last week the pain resurfaced.

My mother has been diagnosed with para nasal sinus and has undergone sinus surgery 1 year back. Her problem was ear pain and 1 side head pain. Even after surgery it is not reduced when she tries to turn her head she feels dizziness

When I'm intentionally swallowing I'm getting click sound...in throat... How do i fix it... It happens especially when I'm swallowing forcefully...no foood just swallow..

I want to loose nose fat and want teekha nose without surgery is it possible for me to lose some fat from nose ?
