Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have problem with my ear pls advise, ear have got stuck due to saradi pls help me for medicine ...

I had a fever last four days before and its cured and I am fine now. I took dolo650 calpal 650 and azee 500. Now I feel that I could recognise any smell. And nasal block is cured now. What to do?

I had pour 3 drop of oil to clean ear but left ear is not audible as before. Ghhhhgggggvvvvvvvvvccvvbbbbb v

Tadat I notice a swelling lymph node in right side in jaw with mild pain. No fever no cold mild kharash in throat.

Dear Doctor, I had acid reflux problem 5 months ago and had throat infection due to the same..the acid reflux problem went off after taking medicine. cyrad D and mucaine gel based on doctors precb. The problem got ok after 10 days. From than the Thorat burning and feeling cold in nose while breathing issue keeps on coming every now and than. Based on doc prcd i took Cepodem, Zerdol, Montair for 5 days i was ok and after 15 days the same thorat issue. 3rd time i was prcbd, Dalacin, Zerdol, Montair for 5 days...it got ok...and again now the same Thorat burning, nose cold while breathing. Even the thorat feels cold/burning feeling while breathing. I have this thorat issue in last nov and a chest specialist told that i have thorat allergy. The thoart feels good  for a while if i eat or drink water. Attaching photos too. Thank u..

I have been suffering from tinnitus for couple of weeks hearing continous beep sound in my ears. I have issue of post nasal drip which is there I guess abt 2-3 years. In the morning lots of mucus come in throat and i have to spit it out . Could this Post nasal drip causing tinnitus ? Is this post nasal drip dangarous for health? Hearing continous sound irritating alot. A professional guidance here will be much appreciated .

Sir/Madam Today afternoon my mother swallowed fish bone while having lunch and it strucked in throat.After completion of lunch she womted. In that womting she released rice and we found red colour fluid we thought that fluid is blood because that fish bone.she did some prevention methods but not work.now also she is observing that while swallowing.Please kindly tell me prevention method.

A small movable lump under my chin, nearer to my neck. it is not visible(on the skin) but can be felt when touched. it has not increased in size and does not cause any pain but it is not going away. Recently it feels like it hardened a little, though I am not sure. Should I see an ENT specialist aur should I wait if the lump grows or if any other symptom happens?

I am having sinusitis issues since quite long which got acute in recent times. So Recently done CT which states the following Minimal inflammatory mucosal thickening in floor of both maxillary antra and left frontal sinus. Mild inflammatory mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses extending into the drainage pathway. Nasal septum is relatively central with mild hypertrophy of inferior turbinates. Minimal paradoxical curvature of right middle turbinate. Would like to understand the treatment of the above stated.
