Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son is 4 years old. I can see he has wax in both ears. What should I put to clean it? Any recommended drops and it's dosage?

I have lower jaw pain under ear, ear pain and neck pain for 5 months now. Went to ENT in June and he did nasopharyngoscopy to check my sinus if it's causing the jaw pain. No infection in ear and sinus. He ordered me a ct sinus scan. I didn't do that yet. I went to the dentist after that. Then he suspected few tooth issues that's causing the pain. I did those treatment&still same symptoms.My symptoms got worse.I started hearing ringing sound in that ear. Hearing some soft humming music sound in ear when lying down when ac or fan is on. It will be there for few mins and disappear. And I have sore pain on one spot of the head above the ear and it hurts to touch and feel some mild pressure. My neck ,throat is so tight and stiff. small lump in neck. Constant feel of something stuck in throat. My dentist now telling me to see tmj specialist to check if it's TMJ or eagles syndrome. I called the ent doctor again.He said he wants to do Endo again to check sinus. Is it harmful to do Endo again?

4 months since granular pharyngitis No reduction in the granulation Having throat lozenges 3 times a day. Stopped all medication( Antibiotics, Antacids, salt water gargle, betadine gargle, allegra, nasal decongestants) last month. Avoiding oily and spicy food too. Noticing pink patches (not granulation) down my throat PND is continuous (sometimes white , and transparent ) H/o smoking , but currently stopped. What should i do further? Revert with proper treatment or any tests to be done!

Frontal head heaviness, usually as soon as standing up after sitting , or after lifting head after bowing down, usually more in evenings.more since 2 months.

Mucus present in back of the nose can't spit and swallow Left side head pain and chest pain sometimes Form 2 months And at morning sticky rubbery mucus

Since 9 days I'm suffering from cold,4day I'm tested covid negative but 3day ilosed taste and smell till now I don't have any taste and smell and headache over frontal,nasal region loss of smell n taste x-ray taken diagnosed as chronic sinusitis due to severe sinusitis can we loss taste n smell

Severe cough with mucus with night temperatures few times and I end up vomiting whenever I cough... Also suffering from sore throat from past three weeks

Every time I been to ENT he said Sinusitis and give medication my condition got worse...it's been three month... Now I have pain in my throat... can't breath ,water in mouth...ulcers come on toungue frequently and itchy mouth due to acid . I can feel the sensation of reflux and watery acidic taste in my mouth... No doctors believe my symptoms every time they gave that  sinusitis medication and asked to take steam 4times...I have taken steam for 3month as well ,I can't shallow it hurts n ear pressure got worse... when I take Antacid ( Mucaine Gel) before 15min of food ...I feel relief and no ear pressure... But I want full treatment... I'm so much fed-up now... I want to being diagnosed by Tests ... What test should I go for? Is GI endoscopy can diagnose or I should go for laryngoscopy?

From last 3 month I am continuosly feeling dryness in throat,I have CONSULTED ENT & GP both said throat is clear , but I am feeling dryness i want to ask that this dryness can lead to any serious disease, this dryness start after taking B P medicine ( Vinicor 25 Mg)  I am diagnosed with high  B P before 3 month , now I want to ask what test should I do to rule the cause of throat dryness
