Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I recently had brain mri it showed "Thick mucus in b/l ethmoid air cells". Can this be causing my tinnitus? I have earache not that I feel it generall but if i put earbuds(i dnt use it though, just to check this soreness i did try), the left affected ear feels gives me tingling pain inside the ear canal when slightly touched, it doesn't happen in right ear though. And i have 2/10 tinnitus in right ear( recently developed ) and left one is majorly affected. One ent ruled it as RTM but recently another ENT put me on a course of steroid nasal drops, camphor and another med. i have already been on a course of medrol, absolut 3g, nerverich, renerve plus etc. Absolut 3g somehow manages the tinnitus but i get rashes and too many side effects even spleen pain as well. I had audiometry, its fine no hearing loss. But sometimes randomly a high pitch sound takes place (random ear, but mostly in left), which then subsides in some seconds. Is it stroke? I am scared! Please help me n explain this ;(

After eating oily food I feel like cough and lot of mucus comes out. And sometimes I feel like there is cough(mucus) in my throat. Is it normal or I am just overthinking.

I have painful ear blockage, possibly ear infection...I have taken OTC ear drops to ease the blockage..there is some relief but still quite some blockage and pain esp. when I chew food jaw below ear hurts. These issue started yesterday morning ( more than 24 hrs passed) . should I continue ear drops and wait some more time? I am taking Combiflan for pain.

Hello, I have been having running nose for over 4weeks now. It's on and off, I have been taking cold medicine thinking this is due to Bangalore weather. But now I don't know if it's it cold/ allergy/sinus or something else. Have also been steaming which gives me relief but does nothing for the on and off cold.

Had a cold 4 days ago it was cleared but can't feel fresh,at every time while breathing having a smell of kitchen in my nostrils it's irritating me a lot

Always it feels like something is stuck in her throat When she take steam or do gargles she feels better but again after some time she feels something is stuck. always feels irritation in her throat. She feels something cough like in her throat. When she put drop of oil in her nose she feels relief. But after sometime again she feels irritated.

From yesterday evening my left eye corner towards nose is feeling some irritation I don't know how to say that some thing like a blinking or an irritation for that nerve feeling like that.and I am a allergic person.i have sneezing, migraine,sinus too..for last 4 months sneezing is more and more

My husband complains of slightly right nostril closed compared to left nostril. Is it normal? He noticed it during practicing anulom vilom.
