Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last 2 month my throat is getting dry ,it gets severe when walk and tried all home remedies ,it can be indication of serious disease or covid  I am very panic

I have been suffering from T since an year. I have gone through these tests: Brain mri, cbc, fbs, pta and ia, all came normal. No abnormalities or hearing loss. Brain mri showed thick mucus in ethmoid air cells. What I feel is the tinnitus is either due to my tmj or growth of a wisdom tooth or some neck issue with scm(m scared about nasopharyngeal cancer). My affected ear is left side, and when i turn my head forcefully towards right and press the SCM (plz see the image) which connects to mastoid i see a tinnitus spike. Also when i press near my temple/tmj there's a spike. Also occasionally i get a new tone of tinnitus which happens in either side of my head. It lasts for around 15-20 secs and go. I am very much afraid if it's a mini stroke, i feel weird sensation in my nerves of hands. Please help me, please help me to diagnose this. I am very scared for cancer or stroke. I want to cry so badly, i am literally broken due to this.

Please suggest medicine for eye infraction due to dust and other. I am suffering from allergy. Please

I had headache and cold last week , i took nicip plus and Doxylab for 3 days, now i m feeling well now but i lost my smell 99% and taste  since last 5 days. what could b the reason, is there chance of nerve damage.

Feeling of food sticking in throat and I am diagnosed with GERD three months ago ,my Endoscopy revealed that time very slight Inflammation in esophagus lower end and I was on medication from 3 months...I was much better but now again I have developed difficulty swallowing like food sticking in throat and again sore throat like pain is there...I want help

My dad felt illness last 15 days from corona but now he is discharged before one week. But after treatment on corona his not recovered. Now also he have feel loss of taste and smell and low voice when his speaking. As well as tiredness. Plz give me suggestion for good health and recovering taste. We done c.t scan and c-reactive blood taste both are normal they told.
